A Human-Centric Approach
Back in 2011, I had an ‘aha’ moment. After spending months on all kinds of SEO & content marketing courses, I realized it was missing a critical factor in marketing – connection. Companies weren’t connected to their public. They treated their customers as ‘traffic’, ‘leads’ , ‘visits.’ The verbiage was too robotic. The approach too harsh. That’s when I decided I would be different – I’d be a human-centric marketer! I coined the term then and never looked back .
